Nomination Procedures
A list of nominated projects will be compiled by the Northern Nevada NAIOP Chapter. This list of nominees will then be sent to the memberships of CCIM, CREW and NAIOP via electronic ballot. Each individual receives one vote per membership held and will determine the winners of the 2012 Development Awards. Ultimately, the Development of the Year awards will be handled like a People's Choice award and will help recognize the contributions of all parties involved, including but not limited to, property owners, escrow officers, designers, architects and sub-contractors, of projects completed in 2012.
If there is a development that you would like to submit for inclusion on the ballot, pleaseconfidentially send in your submission no later than March 7, 2013.
The Development Awards will recognize projects completed during calendar years 2012.
