The Summit Awards is honored to recognize the achievements of everyone involved in the commercial real estate industry. Therefore, the Summit Awards committee has created the Unique Categories to salute the individual accomplishments of property managers, philanthropic contributors, those who have gone above and beyond the call of duty and the highly coveted Lifetime Achievement Award.
The Unique Award categories are:
- Lifetime Achievement Award – To a Practitioner in the market with more than 25 years experience.
- Dermody Properties Philanthropic Award – Founded and sponsored by Dermody Properties, this award recognizes an individual or company that has made financial and/or time contributions towards the betterment of Northern Nevada communities.
- Extra Mile Award – To anyone in the commercial real estate business who has gone beyond the call of duty in his/her specialty, this includes developers, brokers, property managers and marketing specialists.
- Property Management Award – To anyone in the project management field who has exemplified professional experience on a daily basis or has acted heroically in a specific event.
- Katie Morrison CREW Ambassador of the Year - To the Person who has done the most to support the advancement of women in the highly competitive field of commercial real estate (this will be judged separately by the CREW Board of Directors).
